For those interested in exploring Dutch culture and history, a recommended destination is Deltapark Neeltje Jans. Here, you will learn all about the history of the Delta Works and the flood disaster.
While staying at your vacation home, you will be located in the heart of the charming village of Wemeldinge (only 2 km away). However, Kattendijke (4 km away) and Yerseke (9 km away) are also worth exploring. For a livelier experience, head to the nearby towns of Goes (9 km) or Terneuzen (42 km)!
The name of our park says it all: our park is literally next to the Eastern Scheldt. It's just a short walk across the park and over the dike, and you'll be greeted with the stunning waters of this National Park. There is a staircase in the park that leads to the other side of the dike. Isn't that great?!
