The coronavirus brings new developments each day. We, therefore, keep close contact with the designated authorities. Our policy is constantly adapted to the current directives. You'll find an overview of the frequently asked questions below.

Question 1.

Can I still go on holiday with the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Yes, of course. Our park is open. But we understand your question. We also understand that you want to go on holiday at ease. Which is why we are doing our best! Your holiday can still go through. The same national directives apply to your stay at our park as at your home. In addition, we will also be taken a couple of extra measures.

Question 2.

Which measures are we taken in order to prevent the spread of the disease?
The goal of the national policy is to limit social contact between people to a minimum and guarantee (hand)hygiene. The reception at our park is open, as is the town's supermarket, and renting bicycles is, as of yet, still possible. Bicycles will be set ready by your home and you can make contactless payments. You can still go out into the surrounding areas. And we are extra careful with cleaning. Our cleaning service has all the adapted protocols which ensure this works. And we pay special attention to contact points, which are cleaning with extra care.

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Question 3.

My holiday is during the period until April 6th. What if I'd like to rebook?
Of course, we would prefer it if your holiday could just go through during the coming weeks. Have you booked a holiday with us with an arrival date before or on April 6th? And would you like to postpone this? Then please contact us by sending us an email in order to rebook your stay to a later date. We will try to quickly reply to your request in compliance with the applicable conditions.

Question 4.

My holiday is during the period until April 6th. What if I want to cancel it?
Would you like to cancel your holiday? If you secured cancellation insurance, the cancellation costs will be calculated in accordance with the moment you cancel the reservation. These costs are part of the rent and can be found in our terms and conditions

Tip: Cancellation carries costs. Check the terms and conditions with your cancellation insurance. This way you'll know whether you have a right to compensation.
